Bass Fishing Reports SouthTexasFishingGuides writes "
Black bass to 9 lbs. are good early on black/gold Lucky Craft Live Pointer, white YUM Buzz frogs and Texas shad Jackall Bonnie 128, and later throw a June bug YUM Sooie or Texas smoke YUM Houdini Shad along main lake points and edge of grass beds.

Striped bass to 10 lbs. are good vertically jigging chartreuse 3/8 oz. Berkley Blade Dancers or drifting jumbo minnows in 10-25 feet.

White bass are fair on live minnows or vertically jigging chartreuse 1/16 oz. Berkley Blade Dancers at night under lights in 15-20 feet.

Crappie to 2 lbs. are good on live minnows and white Marabou jigs tipped with live minnows at night over brush piles in 15-25 feet.

Channel and Blue catfish to 15 lbs. are good on Lewis King punch bait and shrimp dipped in Charlie's blood dip.

Yellow catfish to 20 lbs. are fair on trotlines baited with live perch or jumbo minnows.
